Paul Kostabi is an American artist from Whittier, California. He is the brother of Paul Kostabi, and has been a founding member in multiple bands. His well-known character "sprkl" has been featured in the Pokémon GO game. Paul Kostabi's paintings are now present in permanent collections of many museums worldwide.
