Nicoletta Ceccoli

Nicoletta born and still live in her native Republic of San Marino. She graduated from the Institute of Art in Urbino (Italy) in the section of animation. Since 1995 Nicoletta has been commissioned as illustrator to create work in the editorial world for several children’s books, magazines, book covers, CDs and posters, advertising. Amongst her clients: United Airlines, Random House, Mondadori, Simon and Shuster, Feltrinelli, Barefoot books, Macy’s, Vogue. In 2008 she created the design for the 3D french animation movie “La mecanique du couer” with the direction of Mathias Melzieau and the production of Luc and Silla Besson. In 2021 she designed the animations for the documetary ‘Phoenix Rising’ produced by HBO and directed by Amy Berg. Nicoletta is now mostly appreciated for her personal artworks with female protagonists, shown in galleries and museums throughout the world.
